I went to England a couple years ago and learned about “Eton mess” for the first time.
Ever since, I’ve kept those Trader Joe meringue cookies around and my favorite dessert for its ratio of deliciousness:calories is just breaking up some of those cookies into crumbs and mixing it up with strawberries and topping with a bit of whipped cream. It’s so freaking good.
