chicken marinade:
soy sauce 1/2 Cup
cider vinegar 1/3 Cup
1 tbsp sesame oil
(scale based on how much chicken you use, i used about one breast. i let this sit for about 2 hours)
dumpling dough:
about 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup water, and a few pinches of salt. mix them all together, knead dough and then let sit for an hour to loosen. dough should be a bit stretchy but smooth and firm.
assemble the dumplings and cook them on low heat with oil and a mix of soy sauce and water. cook until the tops and bottoms have a slight crisp. (i always cut one open just to check that the chicken is done)
