
My current hoard.
1lb Emmi Gruyere which is fantastic in so many ways.
12oz Rivoire-Jacquemin Comte which is similarly fantastic in so many different dishes.
2.5oz Rogue Creamery Roge river blue, haven't tried it yet but after hearing about it on here i had to pick it up.
8oz Treasure cave Gorgonzola. This is for my pasta, steaks and pork chops. I find it sweet, a bit spicy and salty i love it.
14oz Snowdonia green thunder, haven't tried this one yet but i bought it about 2-3 months ago and figured i would let it age some more, it sounds great and i don't believe in bad cheddar; some are just much better than others.
Any pairing or dish incorporation recommendations for any of these? How is the Green Thunder?
