To our French cheesemonger with his stall on the organic market. Excellent stuff, some hard to find, like my favourite – Tomme. There are many versions, cow, sheep or goat, all of them great. Most look like a forgotten brick found in the farmyard.

We bought a fine selection of what was on offer, last week, and did so again this weekend. Morbier, bleu d'Auvergne, old Cantal, brebis. We will manage, surely, in the future, but for now, we enjoy this.
