First time trying this, getting more into cheese.
Picked this up at the Madison Farmers Market, at the Capitol, the guy said that it was good for melting and is a nice creamy cheese.
Heated it up over some goat sausage, and man was it good. Super creamy like he said, and melted like a dream.
I definitely recommend to anyone who likes smoked and smooth cheese.
