i’m always hankering for a big carby dinner after work, and this hits the spot while being super lazy and sends me right into a food coma which is great at bed time 🤪

45g pasta, 150g tofu, a downright ungodly amount of zucchini, low cal pasta sauce. i stir in some psyllium husk and top with vegan parm

    @OP this looks amazing! I never thought of adding psyllium husk, do you add it to the sauce? Or sprinkle on top like parmesan? Would you have a rough idea of how many net carbs are in this? Thank you! ☺️
