I actually took a budget bytes recipe and tweaked it a lil bit! it turned out great! only thing is that I wish I had smoked paprika on hand, would have definitely elevated the flavor. instead, I used regular paprika and a little ground Adobe chili.

oh!! I also added Kale at the end of simmering, reminded me of a good Zuppa!
