Ever since returning to the states from Japan I have deeply missed the ramen there. So today I made homemade ramen from scratch, marinated char siu chicken overnight, fried rice, and tried my hand at making gyoza dumplings with crispy garlic sauce (I bought the garlic sauce). Oh and as luck has it a cold Asahi from our local store! It tasted like I was back in Iwakuni.
