  1. It is asparagus season here in Germany. I had found a recipe for fried white asparagus. I fry or grill the green one all the time, but have never tried it with white asparagus. It was seriously good. Fried in olive oil and butter with big pieces of garlic and sprinkles of lemon juice. A little bit of salad underneath and a big chunk of salmon filet. All drenched in a classic vinaigrette with lemon juice, a bit of lemon zest, and fresh dill.
