  1. I made meatballs with a poultry herb mix, garlic, onion, lemon zest, salt and pepper, Worchestshire sauce, panko, egg, parm cheese.

    Sauce is chicken gravy mix, but I added in some popeyes mustard sauce

    Served it over buttered egg noodles seasoned with maggi chicken powder.

    I dont have exact measurements, I got by taste, and make meatballs enough I can eyeball the ingredients.

    I panfried the meatballs for crispyness then finished them at 380 in the airfryer till 165 internal
