Mix everything except the flour for about 1 minute until it’s fully combined and smooth. Add the flour and mix just until incorporated, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Preheat your waffle cone maker for about 20 minutes so it’s fully hot.
Using a 1 oz scoop, portion the batter into the center of the iron. Cook for just under 3 minutes, until golden and set.
Work fast as soon as it comes off the iron, immediately roll it around a cone mold to shape. Let cool on cone mold.
Makes about 10 cones.
Store in an airtight container or bag and they’ll stay good for about a week or more.

Tip: use a chopstick or back or a knife to gently place a mini marshmallow at the bottom of the cone to prevent any ice cream from dripping out
