For context, a relative recently went to London and I asked them to stop by Neal’s Yard Dairy to get these cheeses (which are not regularly available where I live)
Except I now have several kilos of cheese (I think 1kg of each) laying around, that is set to expire in the next week (Baron Bigod) to 2 months… in addition to the (thankfully smaller) pieces of cheese I have laying around in my fridge
