




Made these super easy sheet pan chicken fajitas for dinner just marinated the chicken with spices, tossed it with peppers and onions, and baked everything in one pan.
Came out really juicy with a nice char on the edges and lots of flavor. Served with a quick creamy chipotle sauce and warm tortillas.
Honestly one of the easiest meals with minimal cleanup but tastes amazing.

Chicken & Marinade:
1kg chicken (boneless, sliced)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp oregano
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbs salt
Veggies:
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (sliced)
1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
Sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp roasted garlic
2 tsp chipotle sauce (or chili paste)
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sour cream
👩🍳 Instructions
Marinate Chicken
Mix chicken with all marinade ingredients. Let it rest for at least 20–30 minutes.
Prepare Veggies
Slice all peppers and onions.
Assemble
Spread marinated chicken and veggies on a sheet pan. Mix well.
Bake
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until cooked and slightly charred.
Make Sauce
Mix mayonnaise, roasted garlic, chipotle, honey, and lemon juice.
Serve
Serve hot with tortillas, drizzle sauce, and enjoy
