I am all for eating mostly healthy stuff and foods that I make from scratch but dressings are always a problem as I love olive oil.

I found this dressing and it is only 15 calories for 2 tablespoons and it makes a great marinade.

I wish I could make a homemade dressing / marinade that is 15 cal for 2 tablespoons.

    I wish I could love this stuff! When I tried it it was so… gelatinous I just couldn’t bring myself to eat it. 🙁 I haven’t given up my dressings though, I just use a lot less and make it up by seasoning the rest of the salad similarly with…. dry stuff. Like italian seasoning/spices, salt and pepper.
