I feel so satisfied I wanted to share. Started strong with a chickpea & sun-dried tomato eggs skillet. In retrospect, my sandwich I had for lunch does not look appetizing in this lighting, but it was delicious I swear😪 (Boar’s head London broil with havarti). Dinner was turkey kielbasa, cabbage, and onion. I’ll finish out with the chocolate chip cookie dough Greek yogurt bar when the late night cravings hit and that will put me right at 1186 cal for the day. Yeehaw

    This looks great! I really need some cabbage recipes. I don’t often cook with cabbage but do love cabbage.

  10. Delicious looking food. Especially the chickpea skirt with eggs. How did you feel today? I feel like a chef career is pretty active and probably would need more than 1200 calories overall? Hope you feel okay and keep that into consideration if you feel hungry or more fatigued than normal!
