I’m not a huge fan of this cheese in its raw state or toasted.

The wedges are made from an assortment of cheddar, semisoft, and Monterey Jack cheese. However, the flavor is as mild and mild and milk-adjacent as it is cheesy. I’m glad it says made with real cheese on the front because I’d be unsure otherwise. There is no face forward cheese profile, it’s just kinda moly and soft. The spicy pepper is much more intense than the cheese flavor, so this cheese offers a two step combo of being mild/milky/creamy and then a type of hot that will stick to your tongue for a few minutes.

In its toasted form it got a little hard/dry on top while retaining that creamy texture below. Again, mild and milky at first with a blast of heat on the back end. Not a good toast cheese (and not that great of a snack cheese either) in my opinion.
