    This is a simple dish, just takes awhile to cook. Beef chuck, red wine, beef stock, onions, salt, black pepper and paprika; simmer for 3-4 hours. Sauté Brussels sprouts that have been cut in half with chopped bacon and onions until browned and tender. Serve with a potato side or salad.
