  1. Took a pasta class last month outside of Rome, decided to apply what we learned for dinner tonight lol Pasta is 90 grams 00 flour, 1 egg, pinch of salt. Carbonara: 1 egg, black pepper, 2 heaping tbsp grated Parmesan reggiano and pecorino, guanciale. Mix all together and toss in the cooked pasta.
