I love goat cheese on pizza but still wasn’t entirely sure how it’d react to toasting. This goat cheese caramelized lightly on top while retaining the creamy texture that goat cheese is renowned for, the creamy texture pops lightly off the crunchy toast. The flavor of the everything seasoning was mostly lost along the way of the toasting. I’m a huge fan of goat cheese and it pairs great on toast.
