
This was easily the best octopus I've ever had! The char on the outside provided such a smoky crunch, while the inside stayed incredibly tender. The brightness of the chimichurri really balanced out the richness of the romesco sauce. A perfect plate!

I’ve never been a fan of octopus, squid (calamari) for sure but octopus just doesn’t hit the same imo, however that I would happily spend upwards of £200 for even and walk away satisfied even if I didn’t like it it looks excellent 👏.
Edible flowers and petals are among the stupidest things ever, like a crutch for chefs who need to add color to their dish but can’t be bothered to make something bright that actually goes with the dish.
The octopus itself looks insane.
