An incredible cheese for toast. Caramelizes beautifully on top with some crispy brown bits for texture while remaining chewy with a creamy taste – this would be a great cheese for those stringy pull apart pictures as it holds well after heat. Sharp enough to present a bold mature cheddar flavor. I’m a fan of this one. Would mix incredibly with dark berries or fruits.
I may regret giving this an 8 later on as it doesn’t give much room for others but this appears to be a premier cheese for toast. Today was a good day.
