    Monday – 1/2: Stuffed and unstuffed peppers. Made stuffed peppers for my wife and had a salad with the stuffing for myself

    Tuesday – 3: Toasted cheese and fries. Toasted cheese on King Arthur Super Seed Loaf, with Gouda, garlic and chive cream cheese, cheddar, and blackberry jam

    Wednesday – 4: [Broccoli, ham, and cheddar quiche](https://www.southernliving.com/broccoli-cheddar-quiche-7089750) with salad

    Thursday – 5: [Loco moco](https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1020162-loco-moco) with rice and broccoli

    Friday – ate supper out

    Saturday – 6: [7 layer dip](https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1019914-seven-layer-dip) (ate with Late July jalapeño lime tortilla chips and they were surprisingly delicious). The portion shown here is half the amount as in the recipe link.

    Sunday – 7: [Veggie stuffed shells](https://www.inspiredtaste.net/49361/stuffed-shells/) with Aldi take and bake garlic knots

    (All the recipes except the 7 layer dip are just the recipes I riffed on and took inspiration from. Feel free to ask for any specifics)
