1. Beat the Butter and Sugar, Vanilla Until Light And Fluffy.
2. Add the salt and Flour and mix it until it Becomes the Dough form then wrap the dough with Plastic Bag and let it Chill in refrigerator in 1hr.
3. Prepare the 20cm Cake Pan and put the dough into the pan and smooth out and Brushing Some Egg Wash.
4. Then refrigerate for 30min and Brush Again and make a Cross Pattern with Some Fork.
5. Preheat the Oven 200C(400F)and bake it in the oven for 20min or until Golden Brown.
6. Let cool Completely and flip them out then Flip them Again and slice them Up and Enjoy.

It looks like the “gateau Breton” a speciallty from Brittany :O
The difference is we have 6 yolks in the recipe, you know, just in case we need a bit more fat with that ungodly amount of butter.
