If you go to their site it lets you filter their menu/nutrition info with the dropdown menu “I’m craving…”

If you filter for veg options it only shows veggie burgers (didn’t know the non-impossible was still offered) and fries are NOT listed as an option.

  2. This seems like such a bad decision for the one fast food burger place with a vegetarian burger

  3. Have never trusted anything from any fast food chain anyway. I’ve never understood why people do.

  4. Is it possible the “beef flavouring” is still veggie? Like in the UK we have “chicken” flavoured pot noodles/instant noodles but they are vegan!

Luckily the US BKs haven’t done this yet. I’ve avoided McDonald’s for years because they use beef flavoring, and I really hope the place that offers Impossible burgers doesn’t go that route.

    From the US BK site:
    • French Fries: Potatoes, Vegetable Oil (Soybean Oil And/Or Canola And/Or Palm Oil) Modified Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Leavening (Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Dextrose, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate To Preserve Natural Color, Cooked In Vegetable Oil [(Corn Oil, Cottonseed Oil) Or (Corn, Canola, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil) Dimethylpolysiloxane]

They have to stick the remnants of beef somewhere. It’s so weird that we can avoid nearly every type of ingredient if we want to but animal products? No way. They stick them in everything.
