recipe (fun video): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPzXBFSMvu0

recipe (boring text): fry chicken with corn flakes and starch and a little bit of beer; make a sauce with a blanced mixture of teriyaki, honey, capers, tomato paste and vinegar; cut bananas and brulée them with a lighter or whatever but not in the oven cuz then they get slimy; buy or make kimchi (only the fermented one so it has a lot of natural glutamate); toast brioche with a lot of butter lemme tell u thats almost the most important step; and then sprinkle vanilla on top because it defuses bitterness you can get from the kimchi and enhances sweetness from the bruléed banana
