For those who ask where do vegans get their protein, I go to the plant-based section of Kroger when there's a sale. I did have to go to the two locations near me before the others emptied the shelves. I won this time! 🤣 They have more in the back, so the clerks will just restock tomorrow.

    Occasionally my grocery store will have $2 off Nasoya products which means I will buy as much of their super firm tofu and their Plantspired steak as I can. Sometimes it feels like I am the only person buying these at my store! 🙏 VERY happy for your find fellow tofuhead!

  3. What do you cook with the super firm?

    I tend to live off of Costco’s extra firm. It’s usually about $6.50 for 4 pounds.

  6. I just found out about koji tofu so I’m making letting some marinate in the fridge as we speak. Looks like koji tofu can last for months!
