I’m very confused, shouldn’t you cook the prawns for a pretty short time or else they get super rubbery. to achieve that crust, they must’ve been cooked to hell and back.

I think im done with this sub. Even if its your first time OP, didn’t you read anything about what you are doing? And whats with the pan? Where do you think that protective layer/coating goes to? Your food. And whats with the shaking, spatula not enough? God damn.

Calm down everyone. Yes they are overcooked. But there’s too much fluid to overheat a teflon pan.
It’s his first time. Learn and improve. Everyone has to start somewhere.
