For seven years, matzo balls were my achilles heel of vegan cooking, but finally perfected iti!

These were made with flax egg and tahini thanks to this recipe! (No affiliation, just what finally worked for me). I did add seltzer. I think next time I want to try making them a bit fluffier but I'm quite happy they STAYED TOGETHER!!!!

  1. Ha I was going to make a similar post because I just made the best ones yet. I used Healthier Comforts egg white protein powder and it made the lightest, fluffiest balls I’ve had since going vegan (and I’ve tried dozens of recipes).

  3. These look soso delicious!! Im so sad I have the worst Pesach every year because my family doesnt allow kitniyot OR gebrokts 😭😭😭 I either starve or I cave in and eat something that contains egg 💔💔💔
