I started making pizza at home in the fall of 2025 as a way to fill out weekday dinners for my family of 5 (with three young picky eating boys). Well it quickly turned into an obsession for me and I think i look forward to it more than the boys do. I think im just about done chasing recipes and techniques, as we are all pretty happy with these, but it's fun to tinker and try new things.
Anyhow, the last photo is how my five year old ate his pizza tonight. I swear the crust is my favorite part. I Gather any leftover crust to snack on throught the week.
