This cheese was part of a large grazing table setup. It was the most delicious thing ever, I ate it with raspberries and the contrasting flavors were fantastic. I struggle with flavor descriptions, but it was slightly crumbly and had a sort of funkiness(at least to me, but I haven’t tried a lot of different cheeses tbh) but it was a very distinct flavor even if I can’t describe it accurately. I assume it was round and cut In half for easier serving. Any ideas on what it could be? *** edited to add** it’s about the size of a babybel maybe a little bigger. But not any babybel I’ve ever had
