Recipe (makes 4 servings):

* Add to a slowcooker: 1.5 lbs cooked and seasoned chicken (seasoned mine with Tony’s, onion garlic & chili powder)

* I like to sauté my veggies before adding them you don’t have to do this but add 1 small yellow onion diced, 5-6 jalapeños diced, 3 cups unsalted chicken broth, 8 oz of low fat cream cheese (or Neufchâtel), 1/2 cup half and half, 1 cup unsweet almond milk

* Season your soup with more Tony’s, pepper, and minced garlic to your liking

* Let sit on low for 4-5 hours then about 30 minutes before serving add 2 slices fat free american cheese and 3/4-1 cup fat free cheddar

* Also add half of your cooked/chopped bacon in your soup right before serving and save the other half for topping. I used center cut bacon it’s your best bet calorie wise or you can use turkey bacon. Top with bacon jalapeno and green onion

  1. It looks so good, but how big is a 475cal serving? It sounds SUPER rich. But also amazing.

Oh man that sounds amazing. I’m gonna make this at some point but swap the half and half for blended cottage cheese (my favourite hack for creamy soup).
