    Step 1: Drink a liiittle too much the night before.
    Step 2: Devour this while just slightly hungover.
    Step 3: Take a midday nap on the couch, watching cable TV.
    Step 4: Repeat once every 2 to 4 months, you deserve a break.

    Based on not drinking your face off all the time, and eating mostly relatively healthy.
