The Ossau has been my favorite surprise in this bunch. Not what I was expecting. Have had the Watchmaker before and it’s the best Swiss I’ve had yet. The Langres is as described, well balanced and harmonious. The Brie is really nice too. Love having a local spot that curates this for us
