    Okay this looks insane 😮‍🔥 vegan bakeries really been leveling up lately. The texture on those cannoli looks perfect.

    Been getting into plant-based baking myself, Chef Ed on [knifenspoon.com](http://knifenspoon.com) actually teaches bread making too, which helped me understand texture way better.
