Like stuffed cabbage rolls, but bigger and better. Ground pork, orzo, marjoram, parsley and egg, wrapped in steamed cabbage leaves and baked in a garlic and basil tomato sauce.

Can confirm it’s as delicious as it is beautiful!

    My grandma used to make something very similar! The German version seems to be Gefüllter Kohl, using white kale to wrap ground meat flavoured heavily with mustard, onions and assorted herbs
