Hello! I love cheese a lot (evidence attached). Normally I eat young Gouda cheese (have been since I was a kid). I am looking for similar cheeses to try. The problem is that I really don’t like any stinkiniess on cheese, mold is a dealbreaker too. So for example Gruyère tastes disgusting to me, as well as goat cheese. But I love authentic burrata cheese. I am neutral towards mozzarella. I enjoy Philadelphia cream cheese with salmon.
There must be cheeses out there that would be similar in neutrality to those I enjoy?
