Very good. Creamy and a bit salty. To me, like a combo of feta, queso fresco, and a bit of mozzarella. Comes in these pucks, swimming in brine in the can. Super good on its own. Had it with a bit of roast chicken (also Costco, obvs). Maybe not my next favorite, but damn good all the same.
7/10 – would enjoy with Mediterranean food or handsome addition to a fruit heavy board.
