








Made fresh pasta today.
It's a Ravioli filled with ricotta, parmagiano, spinach. Seasoned with salt pepper and nutmeg.
Boiled for a couple if minutes and tossed into a butter sage sauce.
Pasta is made from 00 flour and eggs.
The other dish is a classic ragù bolgonese with linguine.
