2.Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the macaroni for 4-6 mins to partially cook.
3.In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian sausage, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4.Stuff the manicotti shells with the meat mixture.
5.Wrap each shell in a slice of bacon.
6.Place the shells on a baking sheet or wire rack it’s fine (If you prefer to just put them directly on the grates) and smoke for 1 hour(brush with BBQ sauce last 10 mins), while filling reads 170°F on an instant-read thermometer, or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
