Hello everyone. I went to my local cheesemonger today and they called my bluff. I always say whatever chunk they give me I will take….and they gave me an entire block of 7 year aged cheddar. It is amazing cheese, but I am at a loss on how to use all 5.555 pounds of it. Yes, some will be given to friends/family, but nothing enough to make much of a dent.
