It’s extremely creamy and rather sweet without being much. It still tastes like a cheese (not like a dessert-type cheese) where it has a nice twang but it has really nice caramel and almost browned butter notes. Almost toffee-ish.
It was $10 but it’s a 1 lb wheel of waxed cheese and it’s really good so I’d consider that a win.
10/10 would recommend.
