    **Easy Air Fryer Crab Rangoon**

    Crispy, creamy crab rangoons made in the air fryer — no deep frying required.

    **Servings:** ~10–12 rangoons
    **Prep time:** 10 minutes
    **Cook time:** 10 minutes

    # Filling

    • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
    • 1/3 cup imitation crab, chopped
    • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • A good pinch of salt

    # Additional Ingredients

    • 10–12 wonton wrappers
    • Water (for sealing edges)
    • Oil spray

    # Instructions

    **1️⃣ Make the filling**

    Mix cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt until well combined.

    Taste and adjust salt or Worcestershire if needed.

    **2️⃣ Fill the wontons**

    Place about **1 teaspoon of filling** in the center of each wonton wrapper.

    **3️⃣ Fold**

    Two options:

    • **Traditional rangoon fold** – bring corners together and pinch to seal.
    • **Triangle fold** – fold corner-to-corner and seal edges with water.

    Pinch well and remove any air inside the wrapper.

    **4️⃣ Air fry**

    Lightly spray with oil.

    Air fry at **400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes**, flipping halfway through.

    Cook until golden and crispy.

    **5️⃣ Serve**

    Serve with sweet chili sauce, duck sauce, or soy sauce.

    🔥 Tip: Don’t overfill the wontons or they may burst while cooking.
