I deciced to change my routine and to try to eat two meals a day and still have some spare calories for very well deserved sweet treats 🥰

First meal was a (kind of)-shakshouka with onions, red bell pepper, tomato paste, eggs and egg whites.

Second meal was a ceasar salad with lettuce, apple, croutons, pre-cooked chicken, parmesan, and some low calorie ranch dressing.

Finished with 2 huge bowls of whey yogurt.

I know, I know, it doesn't sound that appetizing, but it is insanely good, even though I don't like the taste of greek yogurt.

I use fat free protein greek yogurt, and some chocolate whey. It mixes super well and is delicious with some frozen raspberries.

Also, definitely reached my protein goal with 142g total for only 1200 calories.

These type of days are fantastic. I have a huge appetite and these two very normal sized meals and these two huges deserts portions make me feel like I am cheating even if I am not 🫢

    How do you mix protein powder into yoghurt so it’s not grainy? Without using a handheld mixer?
