


I really enjoyed this! Below 300 calories sans graham crackers or LESS graham crackers (it doesn't really need them, just an added splurge!)
- blended cottage cheese
- sugar free lime jello mix
- sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
- liquid egg whites for extra protein
A few things I'd change up for next time:
– less pudding mix
– would do a half and half mix of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, I think the tartness of the yogurt would provide the perfect balance
– maybe add in a little pineapple juice
Any suggestions to make this more similar to a key lime flavor?

Lime juice or zero sugar cool whip. But, are the raw egg whites safe?
