spanakopita is made of cheese and spinach wrapped in phyllo dough, which grouped together into a circular pie like shape, (I hope its a good enough quality).

  1. The twisted version is more traditional in the North Western part. It’s called “kihi”. However usually the phyllo is wrapped around the filling. This looks more like the filling was bunched up over the filling? Difficult to understand. It looks like a very good take on the traditional recipe though!
