    I’ve never made them in the cast iron before. Those look great! Can I please ask – how do you do the cast iron route? Once you have the biscuit dough prepared and cut out – is the pan pre-heated? Is there butter or oil or anything else in the cast iron before you put down the biscuits?
    Oven temperature? Convection or regular? Bake time?

    Sorry, I was raised on “Irish soda bread” as biscuits, so I love all information I can absorb as to how to make good fluffy biscuits.
