This cheese was in month 2/3 from the Murray’s Cheese club! This month, I got cheeses from France. Not pictured are an 18-month Comte and Brebirousse d’Argental (both of which were quickly consumed lmao)
I absolutely love sheeps milk cheese, and this was no exception. I love how earthy it tastes, and this one was a bit sweeter than Manchego. Curious to hear how others pair/eat this !
