Incredible plating.
Wild to think that this menu is only ~$125 USD; It would be double that here in the States, easy. This is definitely the right time to visit Japan.
EDIT: For anyone interested – single-seating restaurant, ~$125 USD per person, 14 courses (plus what I’m guessing is an unnumbered bread course in OP’s photo gallery), reservations aren’t that hard to come by, Michelin Guide (no stars, but still recognized for quality). If you’re in Osaka, you could do a lot worse than stopping by RiVi.

Imagine the dishwasher stressing having to wash all that. But I guess if u break one it’s a feature?
