Wait what happened yesterday? 😳
Please tell me how you do the strawberry milk! And what’s the veggie topping?
I think the problem yesterday was that 90% of your calories came from liquids and you definitely didn’t get enough nutrition. When you’re eating such low calories you need to do away with liquids that don’t give you nutrients because you NEED that space to get enough macros for your body to function.
Masala dosa and sambar yum! Love to see Indian food on such subreddits, I’m testing ways to make it healthier with a few tweaks and this is good inspo
I love edamame
If you’re not posting your absolute best, most balanced day of eating, you will get destroyed. Even if you say that it was a hectic day.
Man it was so stupid how you got flamed so hard yesterday. I’ve seen literal junk food diets on this sub that did not get that level of harassment. People have become total protein zombies that they are eating the same amount as professional body builders thanks to the current diet culture trend.
Nobody eats perfectly everyday. As long if you eat balanced meals on most days it’s no big deal if one day was more carb heavy than the rest.
If you don’t mind sharing, is this for weightloss? And if it is, how much weight have you lost?
Would you be willing to share your recipe for the sesame balls? 😍
Gosh I am glad I didn’t post what I ate last week. It was basically coke and saltines for days. I was 🤢🤢. lol.
Haha I had to go find your post. The fact that people were trying to educate you about what to eat was super infuriating. You were clear that it was a hectic day, people are just judgmental and think they know everything about someone from one post.
I eat more like 1500 a day and mine looks about as meager as that post only because I do IF/OMAD. If I posted my daily food on here people would flip their shit thinking it wasn’t a lot.
I wasn’t here yesterday, but I gather people were being weird about protein. I checked pubmed and 1g per kg already puts you in the high protein group for most studies. 2g per kg seems to be the top range of high protein. So while studies do support some of the protein craze, it’s not like falling short of 2g per kg means you’re failing.
That said, I’d like to see a lot more veggies for you. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d be starving on this, I eat the same calories but >2x as much food.
Uuuugghhh I want that dosa and lentil soup RIGHT NOW
I want to know why at least two different people called that “nutritionally disastrous.” Is that a common phrase here?
I think the reason that your post got some haters is because some people on this sub tend to lean a little too hard into restrictive diets and it can be borderline if not completely disordered eating. So when people see it they call it out since that’s not what this sub is about.
But I don’t think your post was like that…I mean you even stated that you just had a hectic day.
Girl that sambhar and masala dosa look 🔥 🔥 🔥. The whole day looks super healthy in general!
