  1. Did a homemade stovetop wok Asian fusion style stir fry. This one includes extra large shrimp (cooked in shell before removing), shiitake mushrooms, basswood black fungus, minced fresh garlic, sesame seeds, chili flakes, home garden multi-color carrots, home garden onion, red sweet pepper, yellow sweet pepper, baby Bok choy, cashews, dark soy sauce, kecap manis sweet black soy sauce, oyster sauce, Thai fish sauce, Thai red curry paste, peanut oil & sesame oil. Served over separately cooked jasmine rice.

    Came out excellent, very popular. Highly recommended try.
